Every box counted once. Every shelf paying its way.
We set up QR-code inventory and scan-to-pack systems for e-commerce sellers and small warehouses in New Jersey, then use your stock and return data to cut storage costs and fix the products customers send back.
We work in English and Mandarin. 我们提供中文服务。
Small warehouses lose money in the same four places.
Most of the sellers we meet are running a busy operation on paper, memory and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Here is what changes.
How it works now
After setup
Stock counts live on paper or in one person’s head, so records are late and wrong.
Staff scan a QR code and the office spreadsheet updates on the spot.
Packers count the same goods two or three times to avoid mistakes.
Each scan at the packing station deducts stock and checks the order.
Storage fees keep rising because stock arrives long before it sells.
Every SKU has a minimum and maximum, with a weekly “ship now” or “hold” list.
Return reasons get written down and never looked at again.
Returns are grouped and ranked, so your supplier knows exactly what to fix.
Four services, built on tools your staff already use.
Phones, QR labels and Excel or Google Sheets. No expensive software to learn, and every script is set up for your own computers.
QR-code inventory tracking

Storage cost optimization

- Weekly ship or hold list
- Storage cost report
- Levels updated as sales change
Returns analysis and marketing
Turn the reasons customers send products back into fixes and better listings.
- Return reasons ranked
- Fix list for your supplier
- Marketing plan for the improved product
How we start working together.
Free call
30 minutes to find the problem that costs you the most.
Warehouse walk-through
On site or by video. We map your SKUs, shelves and packing flow.
Fixed quote or pilot
A fixed-price setup, or a two-week pilot on one shelf or packing station.
Setup and training
Every script is tested before it reaches you, then we train your team step by step.
Built on the warehouse floor, not in a slide deck.
Supervolcano LLC was founded by Qianxuan Chen, who spent time inside New Jersey warehouses run by Chinese inventory sellers, working next to their staff and finding where time and money were leaking.
With a background in business, accounting and information technology, Qianxuan builds each system herself, tests every script on her own before a client uses it, and explains everything in English or Mandarin.
Questions sellers usually ask.
Do I need to buy new software?
No. Systems run on Excel or Google Sheets, phones and low-cost scanners and label printers. If you already have a scanner, we can usually use it.
How long does a setup take?
Most setups take one to two weeks, including one or two site visits and staff training.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many SKUs and locations you have. After the walk-through you get a fixed quote, with no surprise charges.
Will my staff be able to use it?
Yes. Training is hands-on and can be done in Mandarin. Scanning a label is the main thing your team needs to learn.
Do you work with Amazon FBA or 3PL warehouses?
Yes. Storage cost optimization is built for sellers who pay by volume at a 3PL or FBA and ship in batches from overseas.
